Project IN
INtegration INclusion INtervention INspiration
Where music, psychology and consciousness meet.
Project IN is a trauma-informed creative ecosystem where music, psychology, and art become tools for regulation, expression, and empowerment.
Rooted in psychology and music therapy, it focuses on the well-being of youth, artists, sensitive minds and creators, supporting attention, nervous system balance and the integration of intense inner experiences.
Sound is approached not only as art, but as a technology of consciousness — a bridge between body, emotion, memory and the deeper layers of the self. Through therapy, education, performance and immersive experiences, Project IN creates spaces where creativity becomes a path of healing and self-realization.
Core Projects:
Hip Hop Project IN
Music therapy and social intervention through hip-hop culture, working with youth, identity, expression and empowerment.
Co-Create
A platform for artist's mental health, conscious artistic collaboration, workshops and events, bringing together music, movement, visual art and collective creation.
Electronic Music Therapy
Application, research and development of electronic sound, rhythm and technology as tools for nervous system regulation, meditation, altered states and therapeutic processes.
